Arrival and departure

Our standard check-in time is from 3 pm and we ask you to vacate your room by 12 noon on the day of your departure. Should you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, we are happy to accommodate this on individual request and subject to availability. Parking is stress-free with our free parking spaces directly at the hotel, and for those who want extra protection, a paid underground parking garage is also available.

Payment options

We accept credit card and PayPal payments for reservations. You can also pay on site by EC card or cash. The full reservation amount is due before arrival to enable check-in. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate booked, please refer to the respective conditions in your booking confirmation. For special discounts or offers for group bookings, long-term stays or special occasions, please contact us upon individual request.

Wellness and spa area

Our wellness area is open for you daily from 7 am to 10 pm. We recommend booking treatments in advance, although occasionally last-minute appointments may be possible. With our wellness package, you enjoy full access to our extensive facilities, which cover over 1,000 square meters and include a heated outdoor pool, whirlpool, five saunas, Kneipp pool, ice grotto, experience showers and an outdoor sunbathing lawn. External guests are welcome, but must register in advance and are only accepted subject to availability.

Restaurant reservations

Reservations can be made by phone, email, on site at reception or directly at the restaurant. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability, but reservations are recommended to be on the safe side. Our restaurant is all about regional Allgäu and Mediterranean cuisine. While we don’t have a strict dress code, we would recommend leaving your sweatpants in the room.

Accessibility

Our hotel is designed to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests. We offer wheelchair accessible rooms and all public areas of the hotel are accessible without steps by elevator. We have reserved special parking spaces for guests with reduced mobility. With the exception of the wellness area, all other areas are barrier-free. We appreciate it when guests communicate their needs in advance so that we can better assess whether and how we can provide assistance.

Pet policy

We love animals, but unfortunately our hotel is a pet-free area. Even though we appreciate the company of fluffy friends, we kindly ask you to leave your pets at home. We hope you have a pleasant stay with us anyway!
