In the heart of the Best Western Plus Parkhotel Maximilian, our restaurant “Maximilian” invites you on a culinary journey where traditional Allgäu cuisine meets Mediterranean lightness. With a range of weekly changing seasonal dishes, our creative kitchen team emphasizes fresh, regional ingredients and presents you with culinary delights that make every meal a special experience.
Our doors are wide open every day, with hot dishes served between 11 am and 1 pm and 6 pm and 10 pm. On Sundays we treat ourselves to a little break.
The “Maximilian” is characterized by a relaxed, modern atmosphere, which is underlined by regional influences and cosy furnishings. This creates an informal space where you can sit back and enjoy the culinary creations of our team.
